Introduction to Hand Drums and Rhythm
Discover the rhythmic world of hand drums in this 7-week introductory course. Perfect for beginners, you'll learn the basics of hand drumming, proper technique, and a variety of rhythms from diverse cultures such as Africa, Brazil, and Cuba. No prior experience is needed, and drums and percussion instruments are provided.
Introduction to Guitar
Embark on a musical journey with our 7-week series of guitar classes. Each lesson builds upon the last, covering guitar basics, tuning, chord structures, and music theory. Dive into exercises to acquaint your fingers with the guitar and learn fundamental techniques to kickstart your musical exploration. (Guitars not provided)
Introduction to Piano
Unlock the secrets of the piano in our 7-week piano series. Step-by-step, you'll learn chord structures, scales, reading music, and basic keyboard skills. Practice exercises will acquaint your fingers with the keys as you delve into the world of treble and bass clefs. Keyboards are provided for in-class use only, and regular practice is encouraged.
